Last Days of Summer

It was surprising when I was walking around Providence a week ago to see leaves changing color already. Yikes, I can't believe it's Fall already. (Considering that I have not experienced Fall since I moved to Florida 2 years ago. Now I think about it, California didn't really have a Fall either.) Apparently, Fall starts in August up here in Rhode Island.

Our Beloved British Neighbors

Here is a picture of our beloved neighbors from England, Richard and Wendy. Their family were definitely one of the highlights for us living in Florida. Did you know that one of our favorite secret past time is doing a British accent? (We've actually been informed by our British neighbors that there is a wide range of accents that will tell people which area you're from, your education, and your class) The truth is that Traci is much better than I at this. Since English is my second language, I had enough trouble getting down the American accent, needless to say that I have a hard time not butchering the British accent. (For those of you British accent experts, you will probably pinpoint my accent as the Chinese immigrant from America that just got off the boat.)

One funny thing we've discovered after we arrived in Providence is that the host of the show "Top Gear", Clarkson, looks uncannily like our neighbor Richard. Don't believe me, you be the judge:
